2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 121 of 2024 arising out of Nalanda P.S. Case No. 191 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act and later Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2024 and the learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed this application on the ground of period of custody of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application of the petitioner and has submitted that the trial is on the verge of completion as only one witness has remained to be
