The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the F.I.R named petitioners including the petitioners broke the house of the informant and asked to vacate the house and when the informant protested, he was

It is further alleged that when other family members of the informant came to his rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons with lathi, danda and axe causing injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners and the informant are agnates and in the background of dispute with regard to share in the house, the occurrence has taken place. Moreover, the injuries of the informant have been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
