JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2023 Heard Mr. Raja Surendra Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 937 of 2011 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court, taking note of the fact that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail by filing the successive application before this Court after dismissal of prayer for grant of anticipatory bail from the Hon'ble Apex Court vide Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 2695 of 2016 and without entering into the merits of the case as well as any subsequent development or any fresh ground, if any, confined itself to the
