The petitioners, namely, Jai Gobind Yadav and Sikandar Yadav, apprehend their arrest in Bikram P.S. Case No. 225/2016 under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on account of previous enmity the petitioners assaulted him with fists and slaps and accused Nami Yadav snatched his mobile. The allegation of snatching of mobile is against Nami Yadav. No specific allegation of assault is against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55313 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Bikram P.S. Case No. 225/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
