Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners has been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. The present first information report has been lodged after 6 days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the same. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate, IV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
