2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103 and 3(5) of the BNS. And Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is one of the main assailant of the deceased. It is stated that all the named accused persons, including the petitioner, fired upon the deceased with a countrymade pistol, causing gunshot injuries to the head and face, and thereafter fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is a student and is preparing for the JEE

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59025 of 2025(3) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 Examination. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.06.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that this petitioner has committed murder of the son of the informant. Hence, he does not deserve regular bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
