This M.J.C. petition has been filed for modification of order dated 31.08.2018 passed by this court in C.W.J.C. No.13145 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence, Khesra Nos.1189, 1190, 1197, 1225, 1210, 1211, 1212, 1213 and 1215 have been wrongly mentioned in para 2 of order no.4 dated 31.08.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13145 of 2015, which were not the subject matter of the case. The subject matter of writ petition was Khata No.214, Khesra Nos.1222, 1223, 1224 and 1205 only and so Khesra Nos. 1189, 1190, 1197, 1225, 1210, 1211, 1212, 1213 and 1215 may be deleted. Considering the facts as well as the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, order no.4 dated 31.08.2018

Patna High Court MJC No.4237 of 2018(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13145 of 2015 stands corrected. Let Khesra Nos. 1189, 1190, 1197, 1225, 1210, 1211, 1212, 1213 and 1215 be deleted and it should be read as Khata No.214, Khesra Nos.1222, 1223, 1224 and 1205 only. Let the aforesaid order be treated as part of order dated 31.08.2018. Accordingly, this modification petition stands allowed.
