2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Spl. (POCSO) Case No. 262 of 2023 arising out of Bihata P.S. Case No. 529 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that the victim, in her statement under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61574 of 2024(2) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 Section 164 of the C.r.P.C. has stated that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner with her own sweet will. The petitioner is under custody since 07.07.2023.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIIth-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Spl. (POCSO) Case No. 262 of 2023 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 529 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
