2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 44174 of 2012, which has been dismissed for default on account of non-prosecution, vide order dated 19.06.2024. It is submitted that aforesaid non-appearance was neither intentional nor deliberate.
3. Further, for the reasons as mentioned in the restoration application itself, the present petition is allowed and the Cr. Misc. No. 44174 of 2012 is restored to its original file and number.
4. Accordingly, present application stands allowed and disposed of.
