JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 07-12-2015 By an order dated 05.12.2014, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court subject to certain conditions. Admittedly, the petitioners failed to appear before the Court within the time stipulated vide order dated 05.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13323 of 2014. After a lapse of about one year, the petitioners seek modification of the aforesaid order dated 05.12.2014 by filing the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure without explaining any plausible reason for non-compliance of the order dated 05.12.2014.
