It appears that this criminal miscellaneous application was filed for grant of anticipatory bail to Kamlakar Mishra and Ramesh Mishra @ Ramesh Kumar Mishra in connection with Kateya Police Station Case No.205 of 2016 (G.R. No. 258 of 2016) registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. The matter was heard and both the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail on 30.10.2017, but in cause title the name of petitioner Kamlakar Mishra and another has been printed. The name of second petitioner Ramesh Mishra @ Ramesh Kumar Mishra has not been mentioned although his name is found created

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50376 of 2017 (3) dt.28-11-2017 2/2 in cause title as reported by the office.

The order dated 30.10.2017 is, accordingly, modified to the extent that the name of 2nd petitioner Ramesh Mishra @ Ramesh Kumar Mishra be read after the name of petitioner no. 1 Kamlakar Mishra in the cause title.

The prayer for surrender of both the petitioners namely, Kamlakar Mishra and Ramesh Mishra @ Ramesh Kumar Mishra is extended for three weeks from today in connection with Kateya Police Station Case No.205 of 2016 (G.R. No. 258 of 2016).
