Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that co-accused persons kidnapped the victim for the purpose of marriage with assistance of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69774 of 2021(2) dt.07-06-2022 2/2 Cr.P.C. has stated that she solemnized marriage with the coaccused Sunny Kumar. She has not stated the name of the petitioner in the alleged crime. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Gautam/- U T
