JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-12-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that under similar circumstances in case of Nirendra Kumar and others in the proceedings arising out of C.W.J.C.No. 11008 of 2014 this Court has directed the District Education Officer, Patna (respondent no.4) to examine the claim of the petitioners for grant of Matric trained scale. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners would be approaching respondent no.4 in respect of their claim for grant of Matric trained scale by way of filing a detailed representation.
