JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the sisters and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The prosecution case is that the husband of the informant made assault and after pouring kerosene oil, lit fire to the informant who subsequently succumbed to the injuries. It is alleged against the petitioners that they neither restrained the husband of the victim from assaulting or litting fire nor they made any attempt to provide medical assistance to the victim. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was first treated at the instance of the petitioners and

Considering the specific accusation against the husband of the victim and the petitioners being ladies, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
