The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that before this occurrence, the petitioner has already sold his vehicle to one Binu Kumar, for which he prepared agreement paper (Annexure-2). Petitioner has no concern with the alleged vehicle or recovered materials. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
