2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 128 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Examination Conduct Rule, 1981.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61865 of 2024(2) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is the student.
