2. This is an application for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 336 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 of the Arms Act.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R., the offences as alleged are made out against the petitioner.

4. The defence of the petitioner cannot be considered and the F.I.R. cannot be quashed in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar V/s P.P. Sharma reported in 1992 Supp (1) SCC 222, this application is dismissed.
