2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96, 3(5) of B.N.S, 2023.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner with the help of coaccused persons, kidnapped the daughter of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, there was love affair between the daughter of the informant (victim) and petitioner. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S has not supported the prosecution case and has not alleged anything wrong against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid and the statement of victim under Section 183 B.N.S.S, let the above-named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned successor Court, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 150 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
