This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.3433 of 2014, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 19.11.2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 19.11.2016, when C.W.J.C. No. 3433 of 2014 was called out, he could not appear before the Court, as his

Patna High Court MJC No.4262 of 2016 (3) dt.22-11-2017 daughter had fallen sick and he had rushed to a doctor for her treatment.

Having regard to the submissions made above, the application is allowed.

C.W.J.C. No. 3433 of 2014 is directed to be restored to its original file.
