2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61138 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/3 468, 471, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioners by committing cheat and forgery executed sale deed of informant's land.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He submits that the petitioners are sellers, deed writers, witnesses and identifiers. He further submits that the original landlord was the Jamindar/Khewatdar of Laxmipur Estate and from the said estate several persons have purchased the land including the grandfather of the informant from his/their successor. Petitioners no. 1, 3 to 7 have no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 2 has one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that it is civil dispute between the parties, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

No.61138 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 3/3 within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bounsi P.S.
