The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.119 of 2015 for the offences punishable under sections 366, 374, 511, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In his short argument Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner with reference to an FIR arising from Singhwara P.S. Case No.115 of 2015 placed at Annexure-2 has submitted that it is after the petitioner has instituted the case on 12.6.2015 regarding his abduction for forceful marriage with the sister of this informant that the case in question was instituted on 16.6.2015 charging the petitioner of abduction and attempted rape on the sister of the informant for an alleged occurrence stated to have taken

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances discussed, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Tanveer @ Tanveer in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri B.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Darbhanga and/or the court concerned in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.119 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
