1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that accused Vishal and Rohit assaulted him by belt on the pretext that he committed theft in the house of Shankar after disrobing him and also put pistol in his private parts. Further, Shankar and his wife also assaulted him by belt.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58945 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 informant. It is next submitted that since informant had committed theft in the house of Shankar, as such, the villagers had surrounded the informant and were abusing. It is submitted that no one assaulted the informant nor there is any injury report of the informant on record.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P. S. Case No.635 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
