2. The petitioner is seeking quashing of merit list prepared for selection of Anganbari (Mini) Sewika for Ward No. 10 of Gram Panchayat Baligaw in the district of Saran at Chapra. The selection has been made under the guidelines issued for selection of Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika under Integrated Child Development Services for rural and urban area.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Private respondent No. 7.

4. Under the said guidelines, an aggrieved person has the opportunity of raising objection and preferring appeal before appropriate authority. The petitioner is said to have already filed a petition in accordance with the guidelines.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with an observation that let the objection of the petitioner be expeditiously decided, preferably within 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
