JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2025 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 785 of 2024 dated 03.11.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 121, 121(1), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
2. Heard Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned APP appearing for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.

In the facts and circumstances of this case and mainly considering petitioner's the pleas that the FIR has been registered against 17 persons including the petitioner and the allegation levelled against this petitioner as to assaulting on the right arm of the informant by means of an ironrod does not get

No.59494 of 2025(2) dt.29-08-2025 2/2 corroboration from the informant's injury report discussed in the order impugned and the said plea has not been refuted by the learned APP, coupled with petitioner's custody period as well as his fair and clean antecedent, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 785 of 2024.
