JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 29-06-2017 Petitioner claiming to be a member of a registered society namely Manav Chetna Vikash Sansthan, Imadpur has filed this writ petition for transferring the name of members of the petitioner's society from Booth No. 155 Gandhi Harijan Primary School, Rabidas Tola, Ahrapar to Booth No. 154 Nadipar Muslim Tola Middle School, Imadpur.
2. The question of transfer of voters and members is a question which has to be decided by the competent authority namely Respondent No. 2 and we find from the averments made by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3335 of 2017 dt.29-06-2017 2/2 petitioner himself vide Annexure-1 that the matter is pending consideration before the competent authority namely Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. That being so, now it is not necessary to make any indulgence into the matter, particularly after the elections are over. The petitioner may represent to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who will look into the grievance of the petitioner and take such steps as are permissible under law for ventilating the same before the next election.
