2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2023 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60636 of 2023(2) dt.07-10-2023 2/2 learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
