The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 324, 323, 308, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 368 of 2020.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and both the parties have sustained injuries. There is land dispute between the parties and the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. He has submitted further that both the parties have
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62860 of 2022(2) dt.30-01-2023 2/2 compromised the case and good relation has been restored. The compromise petition is annexed as Annexure-3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S.Case No. 368 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
