3. We have considered the affidavit filed in support of the delay condonation application and we find that sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay in filing the appeal. The delay is condoned and the appeal shall be treated to be within time.

4. I.A. No. 01 of 2019 stands allowed accordingly. Re: L.P.A. No. 976 of 2019 The petition filed on 14.08.2019 is listed for hearing for the first time today before the Court.

2. The instant appeal has been preferred against the order dated 25.06.2019 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2964 of 2019, titled as Pradeep Kumar Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., whereby the writ petition has been disposed of.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant states that appellant be permitted to prefer an appeal/revision/appropriate proceedings under the provisions of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016.

4. State has no objection to the same, for the appellant is an illiterate rustic villager.

5. As such, the appeal is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
