ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2019 in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No.144 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and has no criminal history and has been falsely implicated in the case. There is no direct or indirect evidence and he has been arrested on mere suspicion.
