Mr.Prabhakar Tekriwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties has filed a counter affidavit on their behalf stating therein that the order dated 18.04.2013 passed by this Bench in CWJC No. 7772 of 2013 (Annexure-1) has been complied with well within time prescribed by this Court. The order passed on 09.10.2013 in a Review application filed on behalf of the petitioner has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this Court has fully been complied with. No cause of action survives for initiating a proceeding of contempt. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
