The present matter arises from the Barh Court as the order dated 25.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24147 of 2017 could not reach to the proper destination and, on that account, the Barh Court refused to pass any order in absence of receipt of the final order which is apparently clear from the order passed by the court below.

In view of the above, the time for surrender of the petitioner is extended by a further period of six weeks from today. Accordingly, the order dated 25.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24147 of 2017 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59462 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 Let this order be placed before the District Judge, Patna for perusal and he will ensure remittance of this order to the concerned presiding officer.
