Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.136 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-2-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60592 of 2023(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 withdrawn.

However, petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application, considering this fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
