Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goh P.S.

Case No.76 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506, 307/34 of the I.P.C.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case has been filed by the petitioners' side against the informant earlier being Chanan P.S.Case No.81/17 to the present case. There is land dispute in between the parties. All the petitioners are ladies and there is general and omnibus allegations against them. Moreover, both

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.C.J.M.-1st, Lakhisarai, in Chanan P.S. Case No.82/17 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with further conditions: (1) bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) petitioners shall cooperate in the trial and shall be present on each and every date fixed by the court and absence on two consecutive dates without proper and reasonable reason will automatically cancel bail bonds of the petitioners and (3) if petitioners tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioners.
