Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are resident of "District of Khagaria" but due to inadvertence instead of "District Khagaria", "District Begusarai" has been typed in the bail petition. Accordingly, the same mistake crept in the order dated 21.09.2017.

Accordingly, the order dated 21.09.2017 is modified to the extent indicated above and the same stands corrected. Let the order be communicated forthwith to the
