2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(C), 66(D) of the IT Act.
3. In view of the order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62071 of 2023, the petitioners are directed to deposit the amount of Rs. 91,740/- in the Nazarat, Patna Civil Court which will be released in favour of the opposite party no. 2 by the learned court below.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62071 of 2023(5) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Economic Offence Bihar Patna P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
