JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the learned District Judge, Patna be directed to dispose off the pending petition bearing Misc. Case No. 144 of 2008. In view of the limited submission of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with a direction to the learned District Judge, Patna to consider the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and dispose off the same within a period of six weeks from today. If any petition is filed by the petitioner before the learned District Judge, Patna during the pendency of the aforesaid Section 9 petition for grant of any interim measure, then the same be adjudicated and disposed off immediately.
