Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69863 of 2021(2) dt.07-06-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner, as prayed for, petitioner no. 4 is arrested and seek permission to withdraw this application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail as against petitioner No.4 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner to cause hindrance in discharging official duties of the police personnel. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sadar Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 324 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition, that the petitioners are directed to remain physically present before the learned court below on each and every date, failing which in two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the
