1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For commanding and directing the respondents to consider the case of petitioner and make appointment on the Class IV post in Jamui Collectorate and its a attached offices in comparison of other candidates who has been appointed on the said post in the light of panel prepared in the 2003.

(ii) For commanding and directing The respondents to held that the petitioner is a genuine and bonafide candidate in comparison of all the candidates who has been appointed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14616 of 2023(2) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 (iii) For a direction to command the respondents for granting relaxation in the light of Letter No. 3577 dated 25.04.1997 and according to the direction of the Hon'ble Court by the order dated 16.10.2012 passed in M.J.C. No. 2950/2012.

(iv) For a prayer before this Hon'ble Court to pass similar order/direction as directed in C.W.J.C. No. 22160/2012 on 19.12.2012 by this Hon'ble Court."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
