2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. Case No. 541 of 2022, C.I.S. No. 541 of 2022 arising out of Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 01 of 2022 instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 01.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 43543 of 2022.

4. In the opinion of this Court, no fresh ground for grant of bail is made out by the petitioner who is the assailant of the deceased.

5. In view of the above, this bail application is
