The petitioners have filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent to dispose of his representation filed before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Gaya as contained in Annexure-5.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7809 of 2018(2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Anzar Hussain is the owner of many properties but the lands are standing in the names of different members of family of Anzar Hussain. The Additional Collector already passed order on 03.02.1984 for publication of notification under Section 10(2) of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act but till date no action has been taken.
Taking into consideration all the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Collector, Gaya to dispose of the representation of the petitioner preferably within four months from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law.
