JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 The petitioner, who was appointed as Junior Electrical Engineer on contractual basis on 6.3.2007, submits that his services was terminated on 5.3.2014 but no such order was received by him. Subsequently, on 31.3.2015 his service was regularized, thereafter again terminated.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17444 of 2015 (2) dt.06-01-2016 2/2 Petitioner has already filed appeal in the matter. The writ petition is disposed of with observation that the appeal filed by the petitioner would be disposed of by the respondent no.1 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
