2. The petitioner seeks bail in Baliya PS Case No. 104 of 2018 dated 03.05.2018 instituted under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and two others is of killing the sister of the informant for non fulfillment of dowry demand of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is the uncle of the husband of the deceased and had no role in the entire incident. It was submitted that even with regard to dowry, when he is living separately and has no concern with the family,

It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2019. It was further submitted that even the allegation is totally vague, general and omnibus.

5. Learned APP submitted that the petitioner is also named in the FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Baliya PS Case No. 104 of 2018.

7. The application stands disposed off.
