Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft is against unknown.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
