Patna High Court CWJC No.16511 of 2011(6) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 by this petitioner against the decision of Gram Panchayat Raj Baksama, Block Garaul District Vaishali has been rejected on the ground stated in the impugned order."

Considering the nature of reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
