The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 331 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 48631 of 2017 on 03.11.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
