The grievance of the petitioner is indecisiveness of the respondents in the matter of grant revised family pension, claiming that her husband was entitled to benefit of revised pay-scale but he was denied the same and he died on 27.4.2013. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner wishes to approach the respondent authority by way of filing exhaustive representation and the court may direct the respondent authority to dispose of such representation by reasoned and speaking order.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with
Patna High Court CWJC No.20385 of 2016(2) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Education Officer respondent no.5 and District Programme Officer (Establishment),Madhepura respondent no.6 who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the representation and in case petitioner is found entitled to the revised pension, necessary order in this regard may be passed within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of filing of the representation alongwith a copy of this order.
