ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2019 in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.35 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 328/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one accused Aditya Kumar Rai was arrested who did not disclose the name of the present petitioner. However, on the basis of confessional statement of Israr Sah @ Sonu, the petitioner has been implicated in the case. However, there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
