JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed this Court that the order of this Court dated 20.7.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 23685 of 2017 and the order dated 18.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 48332 of 2017 was required to be mailed to the district of Sheikhpura but, the same reached to Lakhisarai district. He further submits that as the aforesaid orders did not reach to the correct destination, on that account, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below and obtain anticipatory bail, makes a prayer that both the orders be mailed to Sheikhpura district and the time for surrender be extended.
In view of the statement made at Bar, let both the aforesaid orders i.e. the order dated 20.7.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 23685 of 2017 and the order dated 18.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 48332 of 2017 be mailed to the Sheikhpura district which is the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48332 of 2017 (3) dt.17-11-2017 proper address and the time to surrender is extended further by a period of three weeks.
