The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. is against unknown. However, it is alleged that one Bichhia has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner that no T.I. Parade has been conducted of the aforesaid Bichhia.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga, in connection with Keoti P.S.Case No. 175 of 2014.
