JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nokha Police Station Case No. 105 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to him. In fact, the main allegation is leveled against co-accused Manish Kumar, who happens to be son of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, the alleged cheque has been issued by the co-accused Manish Kumar, who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 50162 of 2017, and this
